I have medical insurance, what do I need to do?
The clinic is recognised by most major medical insurance schemes. You should consult your provider and get an authorisation number before treatment. Some health companies also require you to visit your GP first. Failure to comply may result in the insurance provider refusing to cover your treatment costs.
How much will it cost?
This depends on what service you are using, visit each specific service on the Our Services page.
How do I get to your site?
Follow this link to our find us page where you can get/print directions to the clinic.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will be texted or emailed to confirm your appointment time at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, provided we have a contact for you. A charge will be made for failed appointments or late cancellations of less than 24 hours. Please note insurance companies generally do not pay cancellation fees.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, please call the clinic once you have arrived and we will open up our side access, which is suitable for wheelchairs.
How do I pay?
Payment is required at the end of each treatment unless you have private medical cover. We can take contactless payments and debit/credit card payments at our reception desk.
