FAQ - Appointments

How do I make an appointment?
Call up the clinic on 01628 481866 and one of our experienced reception staff will guide you through the process.

How soon will I be seen on contacting the clinic?
We will always endeavour to offer you an appointment within 24 hours of you contacting the clinic.Some more specialist disciplines may take longer. If you want to see a specific clinician, you may have a wait a little longer.

Do I need a GP referral to attend the clinic?
No. Our clinicians are fully trained and have the experience to recognise when a patient needs to see their GP. However, if you have medical insurance cover, they are most likely to want you to have a GP referral. Please consult your insurer first.

What should I wear?
To carry out a thorough assessment of your problem we will need to see all related areas.  In some cases we will ask you to remove items of clothing and we may ask you to wear shorts.  In all cases we will endeavour to make you feel comfortable at all times.
