Re-opening for Face to Face Consultations 4th June

The Abbey Clinic is re-opening for Face to Face Consultations from Thursday 4^th June whilst also continuing to offer Video Consultations. We take the safety of our patients and staff very seriously so we have implemented changes in our working practices to ensure that all Public Health England Guidelines are adhered to.

This will include increased Hygiene methods and the wearing of PPE , we will try to ensure social distancing as much as is feasible.

We are opening gradually with shorter hours, reduced services and increased Health and Safety measures, we will be reviewing this and expanding our services as Guidelines allow.

The changes to our working practices will alter the patient journey. Before you book an appointment we would request that you read through your expected customer journey from making your appointment to the end of your treatment Patient Guide. Before attending the clinic, you must also fill in and return/e-mail our Coronavirus Patient Consent Form back to the clinic.

You can be confident that The Abbey Clinic will always seek to offer the highest standard of expertise available, whether a face to face or a video consultation is appropriate for you at this time.
