I was suffering from horrific neck, back and shoulder pain, so much so that I was unable to work or drive and even found it hard leaving the house. I went to the Doctors and was given medication. Although the medication did help to make the pain more bearable, it also made me drowsy therefore I was still unable to work.
It was highly recommended to me that I contact the Abbey Clinic at Bisham Abbey. I saw Naomi, who I found to be very professional and friendly. After consultation she manipulated the area, although I was still stiff, I was able to go back to work just two days later.
A week later I had an acupuncture session; Naomi also explained and went through different stretches that I was able to do at home throughout the day, which I found to be extremely helpful.
Although going to the Doctors did help to reduce the pain I found Naomi actually tackled and fixed the problem. I would like to thank and highly recommend Naomi and the professional team and at Bisham Abbey Clinic.
