Anna’s journey into sports massage therapy started back in 2006 where she completed a BTEC National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. She then went on to study and complete a Sports Therapy course where she gained her Sports Massage Therapy qualification.
Since then, she has worked in a variety of spas, therapy clinics and gyms performing treatments to amateur and sporting professionals, such as, bodybuilders, boxers, NFL players and sprinters, recreational athletes and the sedentary desk bound professional.
She was part of the medical team at the World Athletics Championships in 2017 in London providing sports massage treatments to the athletes.
She believes in continual personal development and has further specialist training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Anna has a keen interest in sport and fitness and has trained and competed in sports, such as, trampolining, rugby & athletics.
She currently trains and competes in the 400m.
Anna believes sports massage therapy should be a fundamental part of any training/exercise programme to further help achieve sport, health and fitness goals both in training and competition.
