Derrick Kwan

Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy, Sports Injuries, Shockwave

Qualifications: MCSP, member of HCPC. BSc Sports Science, Exeter University, 2019 MSc Physiotherapy University of East Anglia, 2022

Derrick graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2022 with a focus on musculoskeletal medicine through private practice placements. He then gained diverse experience as an occupational health physiotherapist across various London institutions, including the London Fire Brigade and Great Ormond Street Hospital, working both independently and within teams. Derrick also has experience with QPR FC Academy. Having personally recovered from an ACL injury, he is passionate about knee and ACL rehabilitation, understanding the challenges of long-term recovery and dedicated to helping individuals return to their activities. Outside of physiotherapy, Derrick is a keen football fan and enjoys travelling, concerts, playing guitar, and snowboarding.
