Lenny is an expert in improving athletic performance using soft tissue techniques. Whether you’re an elite athlete or someone just looking to move without pain, Lenny is dedicated to helping you reach your peak performance. With years of experience across all ages and backgrounds, he treats everyone from "weekend warriors" to professional competitors with the same expert care.

Lenny’s deep expertise is rooted in his work with some of the highest levels of professional sport, including Speed Works Training (home to Britain’s top sprinters), QPR F.C., and London Irish F.C., as well as supporting pro boxers from Matchroom and Queensbury Promotions.

Today, Lenny balances his passion for performance as the Head of Soft Tissue Therapy for West London Track & Field’s performance squad at Brunel University with his most important role: raising his family. Whether you are training for a gold medal or a more active lifestyle, Lenny’s goal is to get you moving at your best.
