Rebecca Johnson
Osteopathy, Sports Injuries, Cranio Sacral Therapy
14 years experience
Qualifications: B.Ost Registered Osteopath, ASA Swimming Teacher
Graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2005
Rebecca first became interested in osteopathy by receiving treatment whilst competing at a national level in swimming. She was so impressed by the results that she decided that she wanted to be able to help others in the same way to recover from injury and achieve their goals.
She now enjoys being able to adapt her osteopathic skills to individuals and ensure that they return to their chosen level of activity as quickly as possible. She believes that osteopathy allows her to take a holistic approach, and consider all aspects of the person's mind, body and environment and thus enhance people's health and well being.
Due to Rebecca's background she has a special interest in working with sports people to help them recover from and prevent injury and to enhance their training. Rebecca has worked with a wide variety of sporting people including swimmers, golfers, equestrians, rowers and tennis players with a range of presenting complaints
"I have always had a strong interest in how the human body works and continue to learn through my profession and develop my knowledge as a practitioner"
