Sophie graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy (BSc).
She has since worked in a private physiotherapy clinic in Liverpool, where she gained experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
Her caseload ranged from university athletes, members of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra - whom she joined on their tour to Japan - to emergency services personnel from Merseyside Fire and Rescue and the North West Ambulance Service.
Sophie is dedicated to encouraging physical activity and supporting individuals in their return to sport.
Her passion for physical well-being extends beyond her professional life; she has been involved in sports since a young age, competing in rowing, hockey, and skiing.

- Qualified and competed at Henley Royal Regatta 2022
- Competed at Henley Women's Regatta 2022
- Represented GB Universities for at the European Universities Sports Association Rowing regatta in Turkey 2022
- Bronze and silver medal at British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) National Rowing regatta 2022 and 2020
- BASI ski instructor qualification
- County hockey captain 2016-2018
- Gold medal at National Schools Rowing regatta and British Rowing Championships for three consecutive years
