Sophie is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist who initially gained broad NHS experience before specializing. After working as a ski resort physiotherapist in France, she spent several years treating sporting and occupational injuries within the military. Since joining the Abbey Clinic in 2019, Sophie has built a strong client base, known for her professional and empathetic approach with patients of all ages. She utilizes a range of skills, including acupuncture, and is a valued, collaborative team member. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys dog walking, sailing, and Padel Tennis.
Career highlights
- Working as a civilian physiotherapist for the British Armed Forces 2012 - 2020
- Sophie has worked with rugby teams, most notably treating members of the Australian Rugby Team prior to an Autumn International against Wales in 2009
- Gaining qualification to use acupuncture within her physiotherapy practice

- Half marathon in 2021
- Taking up padel tennis in 2024
- Sailed competitively once, since then enjoys regular sailing adventures
